Slingshot Insurance announces $27 million seed financing for embedded insurance

Slingshot Insurance emerged from stealth and announced a $27 million seed round co-led by Rally Ventures and Skyward Group. It describes AI-assisted insurance workflows and names Vertical Insure as an early customer and design partner. The announcement gives no valuation or independently measured profitability result.
