Tencent Cloud halves Hy4 TokenHub usage charges through December 31
Tencent Cloud says Hy4 calls incurred from publication of its November 4 notice through December 31, 2026 at 23:59:59 Beijing time are billed at 50% of catalog rates, then revert to catalog rates. Its Guangzhou table lists catalog prices of RMB 6 input, RMB 18 output and RMB 0.3 cache hits per million tokens; the temporary effective charges are half those figures. This promotion is on Tencent Cloud TokenHub, not a universal Hy4 API price.
