Thinking Machines launches Inkling 2 Small in Tinker

Thinking Machines Lab introduced Inkling 2 Small, a 594-billion-total, 17-billion-active mixture-of-experts model with image input and variable effort. It is available now in Tinker Playground, inference and fine-tuning with closed weights. An Apache 2.0 weight release is only intended after external safety tests, not available now.
