Town lets personal AI assistants hand work between teammates

Town says each employee’s Townie can now ask other Townies for context, hand off tasks and work with outside contacts by email or text. Shared workflows can update call preparation across a team. The company says assistants ask permission when needed and connected customer data does not train a model by default; Town uses third-party models rather than claiming to make them.
