TypeSafe opens Jev early access for typed decisions rather than chat

Jev evaluates state with typed Choice, Score and Noul questions, returning values and probabilities rather than generated prose. TypeSafe is admitting developers from a waitlist. Its speed and quality comparisons are vendor-run evaluations, not proof of general chatbot equivalence.
