UK privacy regulator reports AI developer commitments and opens agent inquiry

The UK Information Commission’s Office says ten major AI model developers have made or committed to data-protection changes after its supervision. It opened a six-week call for evidence on agentic AI risks, due November 20, and says enquiries into reported agent testing remain ongoing. This is UK regulator supervision and a consultation, not a newly enacted rule or finding that every named developer violated the law.
