Yext signs a deal to acquire Flamel.ai for localized AI marketing

Yext signed a definitive agreement to acquire Flamel.ai, a platform for localized paid campaigns across Google, Meta and ChatGPT. Yext plans to connect paid-media execution with its brand and location data. The announcement expected closing by the end of its fiscal fourth quarter, January 31, 2027, subject to conditions; the deal and planned integration were not described as completed.
