Zeta Global agrees to acquire Digital Audience for its customer-data network

Zeta Global says it entered an agreement to acquire Digital Audience, whose data and identity services are already integrated with Zeta. The company expects the deal to extend its marketing and AI infrastructure after closing. The original October 6 announcement gives no price or closing confirmation, so this is a signed agreement, not a completed acquisition.
