    Dialpad and Ada agree to combine their customer-service AI businesses

    Dialpad and Ada announced a planned combination of Dialpad’s communications network and Ada’s customer-service AI agents. They expect the transaction to close around November 12, 2026; financial terms were not disclosed. Existing customers keep current contracts, pricing, account teams and integrations for now. The future combined platform is a plan, not a live integration or completed acquisition.
