    SupportNinja announced it acquired Aventus and launched Aventus by SupportNinja for ecommerce brands. It combines managed customer support, human oversight and its NinjaAI technology with Aventus’s ecommerce platform expertise. The release gives no purchase terms or independent evidence of promised improvements.
