Real output from a made-up example
Made by the same code as the tool
A made-up freelancer deciding on a rate rise, scored the same way your decision will be:
Should I raise my freelance rate from $85 to $110 an hour?
- New clients only86 out of 100
- Everyone71 out of 100
- Keep $8568 out of 100
New clients only leads by 15 points over Everyone.
No single weight change puts another option on top.
What it weighed
- Income high, 43%
- Keeping my three clients high, 43%
- Effort to make the change low, 14%

What’s in the pack
Eight skills, one job each
I wrote these because an assistant left alone agrees with you and hands you its first draft. Each skill changes one of those habits, and you only install the ones you want.
- Grill Me Before it builds anything
- Asks 10 to 15 questions in short rounds, writes a one-screen spec, waits for your yes, then builds.
- Decide When you are stuck
- Finds the real decision, scores your options against what you said matters, runs three tests and recommends one, with a first step.
- Devil's Advocate Before you publish or pitch
- Attacks the claims your argument depends on, as a named critic would, grades each attack and gives one fix for each.
- Go Deeper When a take feels generic
- Three whys past the obvious answer to an insight you can defend, and your take rewritten from there.
- Red Pen When the writing matters
- Drafts, attacks its own draft and rewrites at least three times, then shows you only the final and what changed.
- Tighten When a draft is too long
- Cuts about 30% and keeps every fact, example and your voice, then tells you about the cuts you might disagree with.
- Humanizer When it sounds like AI
- Removes the long dashes, the "not X, it’s Y" reframes, the filler words and the tidy triples, and keeps the meaning.
- Handoff When a chat gets long
- Turns the chat into a snapshot a new chat can start from: decisions, dead ends, exact values and the next step.
