Adobe brings CX Enterprise Coworker into major AI workspaces

Adobe says its CX Enterprise Coworker is now available through ChatGPT plugins, Claude, Databricks Genie, Gemini for business and Microsoft Copilot, with Amazon Quick, IBM and Snowflake planned. New MCP connectors link marketing systems such as Amazon Ads and Meta campaign tools. Availability depends on enterprise access and each partner platform; Adobe’s adoption and outcome claims are its own.
