Anthropic adds third-quarter revenue and compute commitments to IPO filing
Anthropic filed an amended Form S-1 with the U.S. SEC on November 2. It reports $17.0 billion of revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2026 and approximately $895.4 billion of aggregate purchase and lease commitments entered into as of and after September 30, substantially all related to compute and infrastructure. Commitments are future obligations, not money already spent or funding raised. The proposed public offering is not yet priced or effective, and the filing says the SEC has not approved its securities.
