Chainguard opens isolated coding-agent workspaces in beta

Chainguard launched Workspaces in beta as remote microVM environments for developers and coding agents. It says each workspace syncs a local working tree, keeps real credentials outside the agent environment, and can restrict network egress and record runs. Chainguard Checks, which runs validation while agents work, is also a beta. These are vendor-described controls, not proof that every agent run is safe.
