Chainguard opens isolated coding-agent workspaces in beta

Chainguard launched Workspaces in beta as remote microVM environments for developers and coding agents. It says each workspace syncs a local working tree, keeps real credentials outside the agent environment, and can restrict network egress and record runs. Chainguard Checks, which runs validation while agents work, is also a beta. These are vendor-described controls, not proof that every agent run is safe.

Chainguard offers AI-assisted vulnerability review through Claude Marketplace with beta onboarding

Chainguard announced Harness, a service that builds and probes a customer application in an isolated environment, reproduces findings and has a Chainguard engineer review proposed fixes. It says enterprise customers can procure it through Claude Marketplace using Anthropic commitments, while the same release also directs users to a beta waitlist. It uses Anthropic models; Chainguard did not train a new model.
