    ElevenLabs says it closed a $300 million employee tender offer led by Wellington and T. Rowe Price at a $22 billion valuation. This is employee liquidity, not a new $300 million primary financing round. The company attributes its growth to enterprise conversational agents and says enterprise accounts for 55% of revenue; those operating figures are vendor-reported.
