Kling says its 4.0 video model is now available globally, with native 30-second generation, up to 15 reference assets and 10 keyframes for scene control. Its earlier preview remains a separate pre-launch event. The company says HDR and 4K support is coming soon, so those formats should not be presented as currently available.
