ChatGPT adds explanations for selected health charts and records

OpenAI's September 28 release notes say users can select a chart, metric or record in the Health tab to receive explanations grounded in their connected health information. The note establishes a product capability, not clinical validation, a diagnosis or a replacement for a healthcare professional. Account and connection eligibility still need checking before claiming universal access.
