HackerRank makes its Chakra AI interviewer available to customers

HackerRank’s Chakra page describes an AI interviewer that evaluates how candidates work through coding tasks with an assistant. TechCrunch reported that HackerRank moved the product from beta to general customer availability on October 5. Claims about interview volume or reduced suspicious-activity flags come from HackerRank and are not independent outcomes.

Shopify Canvas gives Sidekick a shared visual workspace for store design

Shopify announced Canvas, a visual design workspace where merchants edit their whole store alongside Sidekick. The agent works on real theme files, checks generated code and reviews screenshots as changes appear; merchants can zoom, pan, inspect responsive layouts and make manual adjustments. Canvas is rolling out over the coming days and does not replace the existing editor. This newly discovered provider launch retains its October 1 publication date rather than being relabeled as an overnight release.
