Pi Durable experiments with agents that resume after crashes

Earendil released a separate experimental harness with persistent conversations, task checkpoints and concurrent forks. Interrupted tools rerun only when declared safe; other interruptions are reported to the model. Persistent storage is required for recovery, and the framework does not replace Pi's terminal coding agent.
