ElevenLabs adds live synthetic voice detection for enterprise calls

ElevenLabs says ElevenAgents can assess a caller’s speech in the first few seconds and return a human-or-AI determination that a business can use in routing and authentication rules. The feature is available now only to enterprise customers working with its Forward Deployed Engineering team; a broader enterprise option is planned later in October. ElevenLabs is also joining the Meta and Sierra Personal Agent Protocol working group, whose design is still in development. The announcement does not establish detection accuracy or promise protection against every impersonation attempt.
