ElevenLabs adds natural-language editing to batch and live transcripts

ElevenLabs' September 28 API changelog documents an optional natural-language editing instruction for batch and realtime Speech to Text. Requests accept up to 2,000 characters of instructions, and the API returns edited text separately from the transcript. This is an editing workflow, not evidence that rewritten text is a verbatim record of the original audio.
