EXL acquires Aimpoint Digital to expand AI implementation services

EXL announced it has acquired Aimpoint Digital, adding around 250 AI engineers and consultants and stronger experience with Anthropic, Databricks and Snowflake projects. The company says the combination will support end-to-end enterprise AI work; faster customer outcomes are an aspiration, not independently demonstrated by the deal.
