Gamehaus signs a deal for a majority stake in AI video platform Anamana

Gamehaus announced November 2 that it signed agreements to buy existing Techforge shares for $19.6 million in Gamehaus stock and invest $7 million in cash. If completed, the transactions would give it about 56% of Techforge, Anamana’s parent. Gamehaus plans to use Anamana’s AI-assisted micro-serial production and distribution platform to expand beyond mobile games. The transaction is expected to close in November but remains conditional; the company’s claims about production cost savings and future creator reach are not independently established.
