Gemini CLI 0.61 preview targets build-file prompt injection

The 0.61.0-preview.0 prerelease lists mitigations for indirect prompt injection through build-file modifications and untrusted flags, tighter sandbox filesystem boundaries, and preservation of explicit Flash model IDs and agent-loop context. This is preview availability, not a stable release.
