Gemini CLI nightly tightens build-file approvals and sandbox boundaries

The September 12 nightly includes changes for indirect prompt injection through build files and untrusted command flags, alongside filesystem and runtime-state isolation. These are prerelease hardening changes, not proof that every agent attack is prevented.
