Gemini CLI nightly fixes token retention and terminal-process cleanup

The September 18 prerelease retains OAuth refresh tokens during refresh, makes credential deletion idempotent, and improves PTY cleanup and execution lifecycle handling. It also guards terminal layout dimensions. These changes are in a nightly build, not the stable channel.
