Gemini CLI nightly closes unattended approval and tool-output gaps

The September 26 Gemini CLI nightly aligns redirection policy checks, denies ASK_USER decisions in noninteractive safety paths, and wraps MCP resource and web-search outputs as untrusted context. It also adds file-handle consistency checks. These fixes are in a nightly build, not a stable release.
