Google turns long-form AI video into a multi-agent production loop

Google Research describes an AI video co-director that uses an orchestrator, storyboard memory, keyframe, video, audio, and judging agents to plan and iteratively refine multi-shot narratives. The research combines Co-Director, CANVAS, A2RD, and VQQA frameworks to address character drift, scene inconsistency, cascading prompt errors, and artifact repair across minutes-long video.
