Google opens SynthID Detector globally to check AI-made media

Google says its SynthID Detector is available to anyone globally in English. It can check images, video and audio for watermarks from Google and participating partners, including OpenAI, NVIDIA and Kakao. This is a check for participating systems, not a universal test for every AI image or video.
