Microsoft previews Copilot using local PC context and actions

Microsoft announced plans for Copilot on Copilot+ PCs to use local files and recent activity with permission, take actions across Windows and route some work to on-device models. The company says these capabilities will begin rolling out in the coming months; they are not established as available to all users today.
