Notion MCP can create pages directly in a teamspace

Notion’s October 6 changelog says its MCP create-pages tool accepts parent.teamspace_id to create top-level teamspace pages. A user-backed connection still needs permission to add those pages. This is a specific workspace automation capability, not a change to broader page access.
