    Notion removes separate MCP search and query tool limits

    Notion’s October 6 changelog says its MCP search and data-source query tools no longer have individual rate limits. They now count toward Notion’s standard request limits. Connected agents can make more of these calls within the overall budget; this does not mean unlimited requests or a plan price change.

    Notion MCP can create pages directly in a teamspace

    Notion’s October 6 changelog says its MCP create-pages tool accepts parent.teamspace_id to create top-level teamspace pages. A user-backed connection still needs permission to add those pages. This is a specific workspace automation capability, not a change to broader page access.

    Notion removes the matching-email restriction for ChatGPT plan sharing

    Notion's October 1 follow-up permits different email addresses when connecting a ChatGPT plan. Current help still requires Notion Business or Enterprise membership plus ChatGPT Plus or Pro. Funding applies only to Notion Agent sessions using a specific GPT model, not Auto, non-GPT models or Custom Agents. If ChatGPT usage runs out, switching to Notion credits requires a prompt.

    Notion expands model choices with GPT-6.1 Sol and GLM 5.3 options

    Notion's September 30 public announcement lists seven recent additions to its model picker: Opus 5.5, Sonnet 5.5, GPT-6.1 Sol, GPT-6 Sol, GPT-6 Luna, GLM 5.3 and GLM 5.3 Flash. This is model availability inside Notion, not seven models trained by Notion or proof that every plan can use them without limits.     Notion adds a SIEM event when admins change meeting-note consent requirements

    The event stream now reports workspace.settings.meeting_notes_consent_setting_updated with the resulting enabled or disabled state. It records a change to the workspace requirement, not an individual person consenting in a meeting.
