Notion MCP now exposes one search tool across workspace plans

Notion’s October 7 changelog says hosted MCP sessions now expose a single content-search tool that describes AI search when the connected user has it and keyword search otherwise. Clients no longer need to call the tool-access helper first, and ChatGPT search and fetch responses use a revised shape. Workspace-owned connections keep their earlier selected tool lists.
