GPT-6.1 Terra adds a lower-cost API and rolls into Work and Codex

OpenAI lists GPT-6.1 Terra at $1 per million input tokens, $0.05 per million cached input tokens and $5 per million output tokens, about half the standard rate of GPT-5.6 Terra and GPT-6.1 Sol. It is available on the API and rolling out to eligible Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu Work and Codex users. Overall plan usage limits are unchanged; eligible users can stretch an allowance farther by using this model. GitHub also says Copilot access is rolling out on eligible paid plans at provider list pricing.
