Underdog publishes a small browser-ready speech model with noncommercial terms

Underdog/Conway Research published Woof, a compact two-voice text-to-speech model whose repository is about 40.6 MB, with a smaller single-voice browser demo. The model card lists noncommercial license terms; commercial use requires separate permission. The original model artifact has no reliable publication day, and its performance comparisons are maker claims.
