Urbantz opens AI delivery operations assistant to customers

Urbantz launched Milo and its Explore agent for all existing delivery-platform customers on October 13. Teams can ask about route performance and use configured agents to act on live delivery plans within their own permissions and approvals. Customer-built agents are a future step, so the current release should be judged on the ready-made tools available today.
