    AWS and Berkeley release experimental runtime for many concurrent agents

    AWS and UC Berkeley introduced Hydro Infinity, an Apache-licensed research runtime that pauses AI agent sessions during tool waits so many agents can share limited memory. AWS reports a synthetic concurrency benchmark, which does not establish production service reliability. Code is available now as an early research release.
