micro1 commits to spend $1 billion licensing enterprise data

micro1 says it plans to spend $1 billion over the next 12 months acquiring or licensing operational data from businesses for AI training environments. It says Citi and Hercules Capital are providing capital for the initiative, but gives no financing amount, deal count or revenue result. This is an announced future spending commitment, not $1 billion already paid to partners.
