HeyGen Voice API adds raw speech formats for playback and phone systems

HeyGen’s November developer changelog adds an output_format setting to its speech endpoints. Teams can request MP3, raw PCM, μ-law or A-law with supported sample rates, and raw streaming returns audio bytes rather than the default event stream. The separate voice-speech endpoint accepts MP3 or WAV. Professional and instant voice eligibility still depends on the selected model and clone permissions; the changelog provides no exact release day.
