Omen AI announces a $16 million purchase of Aquatic Labs for data-center cooling

Omen AI announced on November 2 that it acquired Aquatic Labs for $16 million in cash and stock and that Aquatic Labs founder Allan Adams is joining as chief science officer. The teams plan to combine water-chemistry and biological sensors to monitor AI data-center cooling fluids in real time. Omen expects products with the additional measurements by year-end; that expected product shipment is not already available, and the announced price is acquisition consideration, not new funding.
