Inception lists Mercury 3 API rates and a temporary launch discount

Inception lists standard Mercury 3 API rates of $0.20 per million input tokens and $0.70 per million output tokens, plus a launch promotion at half those rates. It also advertises 90% off cached input tokens and a 100-million-token free offer whose eligibility needs confirmation. The announcement gives no promotion expiry, so discounted rates should not be treated as permanent.

Inception releases Mercury 3 with a one-million-token context window

Inception says Mercury 3 is a diffusion-based text model with a one-million-token context window and more than 1,000 generated tokens per second in its tests. It is available through Inception’s API and named hosts. Benchmark and speed comparisons are Inception’s claims; the hosts distribute the model and did not train it.
