    Nebius says it entered a $3.5 billion senior secured facility arranged by Citi to support data center and GPU procurement. The 364-day facility initially bears Term SOFR plus 2.75% interest, with specified increases and adjustments. This is debt capacity, not a $3.5 billion equity round, company valuation, or proof the planned capacity is built.
