OpenCode discloses Console breach affecting linked provider keys

OpenCode said a security breach affected 1.4% of OpenCode Console users who had linked external AI providers, and said it notified affected users. The project described the incident as ongoing when it posted on October 17. Independent reporting described unauthorized charges and advised exposed-key replacement; the original statement does not establish the attack method or final losses. The local open-source tool was reported separately from Console.
