OpenWorld signs deal to acquire Blocksight’s asset-financing AI agents

OpenWorld says it signed a definitive merger agreement to acquire Blocksight, whose AI agents handle steps in tokenized asset financing. The purchase has not closed and integration into OpenWorld Enterprise is planned only after closing. OpenWorld separately describes up to $130 million and $1 billion financing programs with BeyondAI and Meridian, but those are nonbinding term sheets, not completed financing or evidence of revenue. The company disclosed no acquisition price.
