    EarendilPi 1.0.1MCP

Pi 1.0.1 scopes MCP servers per project and adds metadata-document sign-in

The stable release lets a project override a user-level MCP server's enabled state and tool exposure, and adds Client ID Metadata Document registration for compatible OAuth servers. It also bounds Codemode output and repairs resumed MCP rendering and sign-in collisions. These are later runtime changes, not a repeat of Pi 1.0 or a provider pricing cut.

    SupabaseUser-scoped MCP server blockMCP

Supabase adds a user-scoped MCP server block for your own app

An Edge Function block lets external agents authenticate through OAuth or embedded agents reuse a user session. Tools receive an RLS-scoped client rather than an admin client. It requires asymmetric signing keys; OAuth identity alone does not authorize every business operation.

    UberInternal MCP GatewayMCP

Uber details a governed MCP gateway for more than 800 servers and 5,000 tools

Uber's engineering report describes automated API discovery, a registry and proxy, owner approval before tools are enabled, and on-demand discovery to reduce tool-context load. The scale figures are Uber-reported. This is an internal production architecture, not a downloadable gateway launch; later coverage does not reset its October 1 publication date.
