Clark announces an $11 million seed round alongside audit-agent launch

Clark said it raised an $11 million seed round led by Touring Capital, with returning investors participating. Clark says this brings cumulative funding to $16 million, including a separate $5 million round in September 2025. The new money is financing, not a $16 million valuation or proof that Clerks will replace auditors.
