    ADNOC, OpenAI and G42 subsidiary Inception42 signed an agreement on November 2 to integrate OpenAI technology into ADNOC operational, investment and commercial decisions, using in-country inference in the UAE. The announcement describes intended deployment; it does not establish that the integration is already live or that efficiency gains have been measured.
