Coze sets dates to stop selling and retire enterprise plans

Coze announced October 29 that new sales of its Enterprise Standard and Flagship plans will stop November 30, 2026. Older plans bought through Volcengine are set to end December 31, 2026, with unused post-deadline value refunded to the Volcengine account. Newer enterprise plans are set to end December 31, 2027. Existing customers may keep using contracted features until the applicable deadline; replacement plans and export arrangements remain to be announced. This notice concerns Coze enterprise plans, not a shutdown of the entire product.
