    Freshworks signs agreement to acquire AI spend governance company Torii

    Freshworks signed a definitive agreement to acquire Torii, which tracks SaaS licenses and AI usage spending. Freshworks plans to connect Torii with Freshservice after the deal closes, expected in its fourth fiscal quarter of 2026 subject to conditions. Neither closing nor a live Freshservice integration is announced, and the price is undisclosed.
